The same requirements for admission are applied to all. There is no distinction in eligibility for, or in the manner of providing, any resident service. All facilities are available without distinction to all residents and visitors, regardless of race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, sex, religious creed, handicap or disability. All persons and organizations that have occasion either to refer residents for admission or recommend Homestead Village, are advised to do so without regard to the residents’ race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, sex, religious creed, handicap or disability.
