At Homestead Village, the calendar of events offers something for anyone!
Take your choice of on-campus activities. Get together for bridge. Learn Tai Chi. Sing in the chorus. Join the craft group. Volunteer in the Village Store or Corner Gift Shoppe. Help in the library. Or… just sit back and enjoy the travelogues, concerts, book reviews, and other entertainment presented regularly!
In addition, excursions into the Lancaster community and beyond are offered often. Trips to historic sites, art museums, sporting events, and other attractions depart right from the Village Center. What could be more convenient! “Out-to-Lunch Day” – a favorite activity - provides the chance to try new restaurants, sample ethnic foods, or frequent favorite spots from past experiences. The Homestead Village minibus transports residents right to the door for Lancaster Symphony Orchestra concerts, shows at the Fulton Opera House, and other productions and concerts in the community. Enjoy the finer things in life – and let us do the planning and the driving!
