Now that construction has started on The Townstead Apartments at Homestead Village, we invite you to join us for an informative planning session on making the move! The Journey from House to Home engaging session will provide you with the roadmap between now and when the community opens in 2025!

Here’s what you’ll hear at this event:

• Hear from residents and The Townstead depositors on their WHY behind making this move

• WHERE to place your items within your space to make your rooms look larger

• WHAT to keep, donate or sell as you declutter your home in preparation to arrange your home

• WHEN to stage your home and the final steps to move in

• The hardest part is WHO you will meet for dinner first or play the next pickleball match with!

Attendees will receive their very own copy of Downsize & Optimize: Your Ultimate Roadmap Planner as well as have an opportunity to take a guided community tour and see the future site of The Townstead.

Liz Fry, from Beyond the Fork in the Road, returns for her next session titled Living Smaller, Living Smarter. You will learn how to arrange your new home and make your rooms look bigger. In this interactive session you will use Townstead Apartment floor plans to place your furniture and get advice on maximizing your space.
