The well-equipped fitness centers at our Lancaster, Pennsylvania, senior living community is programmed for the special needs of mature adults, and our expert staff will assist you in creating a program that’s right for your personal fitness needs. Our primary gym includes a variety of exercise machines,  a modern, indoor 26’ x 52’ therapy pool (read about some great exercises), indoor walking track, and complete locker facilities for men and women. Conditioning and toning equipment includes free weights, circuit equipment, cardiovascular bikes, treadmills, and more!  Our recently added secondary fitness center is located at The Stauffer Spring House within our Farmstead neighborhood.
