The Homestead Village Auxiliary, which began in 1987, strives to enhance the quality of life for Homestead Village residents. In pursuit of this purpose, the Auxiliary:
- Provides opportunities for socialization and entertainment.
- Promotes positive community relations.
- Provides funding for the Endowment Fund and special needs.
- Provides services to the Homestead Village community.

WHAT we do…
- Operate The Village Corner Gift Shoppe, giving residents an on-campus shopping experience.
- Contribute to the Homestead Village Endowment Fund which ensures financial security to all residents.
- Sponsor holiday parties and special events for residents at all levels of care, providing entertainment and fellowship.
- Fund special community needs.
HOW we do it…
- Ongoing revenue from The Village Corner Gift Shoppe.
- Annual membership campaign.
- Fundraising through geranium and bouquet sales, chicken BBQ, baked goods, and other sales.
- Restaurant and other business partnerships.
