Homestead Village is now accepting reservations for the NEW Townstead apartments! We have exceeded a major milestone of 42 reservations, with even more interest every day, and this summer we will will proceed with the building’s construction! Phase 1 of The Townstead expansion project is also in progress and will include beautiful renovations to the current campus apartments and village center. A new coffee shop, salon and spa, corridors, and lobby will totally refresh the existing 1800 Village Circle location. Additionally, a nearly 3,000 square foot expansion of Homestead Village’s Plow & Pineapple Café will feature a re-imagined and elevated dining experience for current and future residents! Learn more!
Want to move sooner than later? Select studio and one-bedroom apartments are available at this time. All apartments are licensed for personal care, so you or your loved-one can receive extra assistance without an extra move if supportive services are needed.
