Homestead Village is proud to announce that it has earned accolades from both Newsweek and U.S. News and World Report quality ranking programs for 2026!
Newsweek begins its rankings by stating, “With a national footprint of roughly 1,900 CCRCs/Life Plan Communities, the landscape is broad and varied, making it essential to identify communities that consistently deliver quality, safety and resident satisfaction.” Out of the 1900 communities, Newsweek picked the best 330.
Homestead Village is proud to have been selected, putting our community in the top-rated circle of life plan communities in the country, as well as within Lancaster County!
In recognition of this great achievement, Homestead Village received the following statement from the CARF organization, through which Homestead Village has been accredited for many years:
“On behalf of everyone at CARF International, we congratulate Homestead Village on being honored by Newsweek/Statista as one of the top 330 communities in the United States recognized as America’s Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and diligence of the team members at Homestead Village to enhance the lives of residents of your community. We commend you and your team on this recognition and your outstanding dedication to wellness and engagement of the older adults you serve. We are proud to be your accreditation partner. We are also pleased to see that Newsweek/Statista continues to recognize CARF accreditation as a factor in the ranking.”
Whereas the Newsweek ratings review the entire organization, the U.S. News and World Report ratings focus on Homestead’s Care Services. We are pleased to announce that Homestead has received “Best” awards for both Short Term Rehabilitation, as well as Long Term Care.
Congratulations to all the dedicated individuals who make Homestead Village a wonderful place! It is our honor to serve our residents and community.
