We’re excited to share updated renderings of the new common spaces now taking shape on our campus. These thoughtfully designed areas are being created for all residents to enjoy-places that encourage connection, comfort, and a strong sense of community.
The designs highlight bright, inviting rooms with flexible seating, natural light, and improved accessibility. Whether residents are gathering for programs, sharing a conversation, enjoying morning yoga, or relaxing by the fireplace, these spaces are being built to support a wide range of activities and interests.
Construction of the Townstead building is progressing steadily, and with these new renderings, it becomes easier to imagine how these new spaces within the Townstead expansion will enhance everyday life for all Homestead Village Residents. Once completed, they will offer more opportunities for social engagement, exercise, creativity, and shared experiences.
